To confuse the issues, the Defenders of Torture solely talk about Waterboarding.
As the Power Point shows, the ICC Complaint includes injury to the bodies of the victims
caused by beatings and by tasering.

Under U.S. Law Torture is considered to be a Felony
it follows that those who authorized, condoned, ordered, tolerated,
carried out and cover up Torture are Felons.

Notwithstanding, the Department of Justice has decided not to prosecute
the DOJ Attorneys who facilitated Torture by redefining it (Link here).

Meanwhile President Obama reversed himself on his previous decision to release
2100 pictures of torture in progress, a strong incentive for the ICC to act.
The foregoing pictures show what "enhanced interrogation techniques" really mean.

In a Hearing before Congress, Republicans have threatened to make public the Clinton Renditions
(Link 1 and Link 2) whereafter the DOJ has abandoned any prosecution.

The Decision of the DOJ demonstrates why an ICC Action is absolutely necessary
unless the International Criminal Court tolerates future Torture,
and Torture will happen again the moment Republicans are back in Control
of the Whitehouse as Richard Cheney has anounced (see Exhibit 44-02 below)

Actually, the List of Congressmen and Senators that were briefed on Torture
is quite lengthy and includes Politicians of both Sides of the Isle,
here is a copy of all and here are the Pelosi, Shelby Briefing Dates:

Besides Bill Frist, Richard Shelby, John McCain, Saxby Chambliss, Orrin Hatch, and many more,
Democrats, like Bill Nelson were briefed. It is highly unlikely that the "leaked" list was not redacted
and other names were not removed before leaked.

The redaction seems to specifically have excluded several Republicans that were informed.

APPENDIX K BRITISH HIGH COURT RULING ON US THREAT

The Prosecutor of the ICC has forwarded our evidence involving Richard Cheney to the Spanish
Prosecutor who investigates six former DOJ employees. The Spanish Judge in charge
followed up and added Richard Cheney to the list of defendants.

Annotation: The Complaint to the International Criminal Court is based exclusively upon evidence
in the public domain, including the public admission of officials that they authorized torture.
For that reason a prosecution of the war crimes and crimes against humanity DOES NOT jeopardize
the national security of ANY nation, including the United Kingdom, the United States or Spain,
which - like the U.K. - has been threatened by U.S. to be excluded from future intelligence sharing
if it continues prosecution of six U.S. citizen under the UN Convention.

While the British Court and the Spanish Prosecutor bought the threat, a threat no longer to share
intelligence, the Spanish Judge so far has not.
Besides this article shows that the damage would be bi-diretional, as the CIA
is largely dependent on information received from national, i.e. British, Spanish
and Turkish intelligence services for its own purposes.

Finally, if Spain actually terminates the prosecution, the case reverts back
to the ICC which currently has placed it on hold to avoid double jeopardy..
